Vesel "Boxing Day" vsem skupaj, ki se praznuje na

današnji dan v nekaterih predelih sveta (Velika Britanija,

Kanada, Avstralija, Nova Zelandija...itd.)

V Sloveniji pa danes praznujemo dan državnosti.

The Scrapping Cottage Blog. 

Mr. Snuggles in Cup of Latte sta super kombinacija, a ne?

Jaz enostavno obožujem NOVE šablone iz kolekcije

CottageCutz Winter 2013 Release.

To voščilnico sem izdelala z določenim namenom. Ko sem

jo izdelovala sem imela v mislih VAS, drage ljubiteljice,

dragi ljubitelji CottageCutz šablon in zveste obiskovalke

in obiskovalci Papiart bloga.

Vsem bi se rada iz srca zahvalila za vse prijazne besede, ki

ste jih čez leto zapisali/e v komentarjih in vso podporo v letu 2013.

Šablone sem izrezala iz belega kartona. Mr. Snuggles in Cup of Latte

sta pobarvana z distress ink blazinicami in Copic markerji.

The dies were cut out of white card stock. I colored Mr. Snuggles

and the Cup of Latte with distress inks and Copic markers.

Fancy Insert Card/Tag je bil pravtako izrezan iz belega kartona

in embosiran s srajčko pikice ter po robovih senčen z

walnut stain distress ink.

Fancy Insert Card/Tag was also cut out of white

card stock, embossed with embossing folder - dots and

distressed with walnut stain distress ink.

Vsem skupaj želim vse dobro v prihajajočem novem letu 2014!

Pozdravljeni! Tukaj je že druga decemberska objava za
The Scrapping Cottage Blog.
Božič in novoletni prazniki se približujejo zelo hitro in ker
bom potrebovala nekaj tagcev za darila, sem se odločila, da jih
kar sama izdelam iz papirja. Za izdelavo tagcev sem uporabila
prekrasne  NOVE šablone od CottageCutz Winter 2013 Release!

Hello everyone! This is a second December post for 

The Scrapping Cottage Blog.

 Christmas is approaching so fast and since I'm going to need some tags

for the gifts, I decided to make some. For my tags I used beautiful

NEW dies from the CottageCutz Winter 2013 Release!

Cup of Latte (Elites)

Mittens (Elites)

 Ice Skates (Elites)

Šablone sem izrezala in belega kartona in jih pobarvala s Copic

markerji in Distress Ink blazinicami.

I cut the dies out of white card stock. Then I colored them with 

Copic markers and Distress Inks. 

Tagce sem izrezala s šablonco Santa & Reindeer Tag Set. 

3x sem jih izrezala iz belega kartona, 3x pa iz različnih vzorčnih

božičnih papirjev in jih nato zlepila skupaj. Robove sem rahlo 

osenčila z walnut stain distress ink blazinico.

For the tags I used Santa & Reindeer Tag Set. I cut the

tags 3x out of white card stock and 3x out of various design paper. 

Then I glued them together and distress the edges with walnut stain

distress ink.

Na koncu sem samo dodala še zakovice in zalepila

izrezke s 3D lepljivimi kvadratki na tagce.

I added eyelets to the tags and attached the die cuts

onto the tags with some 3D foam squares.

Danes objavljam svojo prvo decembersko objavo za
The Scrapping Cottage Blog.
Ta ročno izdelana voščilnica je zelo preprosta in jo lahko
naredite zelo hitro. Zato jo lahko zlahko masovno proizvedete.
Res ne potrebujete veliko, da izdelate posebne ročno izdelane 
voščilnice za svoje najdražje.

Danes, 6. decembra praznujemo MIKLAVŽA.
V prosti spletni enciklopediji WidipediA sem prebrala, da je to
festival za otroke v mnogih Evropskih državah
(v večini pravoslavnih deželah ga praznujejo 19. decembra).


Hello everyone! 

Here I am with my 1st December post for

The Scrapping Cottage Blog.

This handmade card is so simple and quick  and you can

easily mass produce it. You really don't need much to create
special handmade cards for your loved ones.

Today on 6 of December we celebrate Saint Nicholas Day.

I read in a WikipediA (The Free Encyclopedia on the Web),

 this is a festival for children in many

countries in Europe (19 December in most Orthodox countries).

Bel kartonček za ozadje sem najprej poštempljala z VersaMark prozorno 

blazinico. Za to sem uporabila štampiljko s snežinkami za ozadje.

Čez to sem posula prozoren embosiran prah in ga segrela

in fiksirala z vročo pištolco.

First I stamped the white cardstock with the snowflake background stamp.

I used VersaMark pad and sprinkled clear embossing powder over it.

Then I heated the embossing powder with the heat gun.

Za luno sem izrezala malo večji krogec z luknjačem in ga

z obojestranskim lepilnim trakom pritrdila na kartonček za ozadje.

Nato sem celotni karton za ozadje pobarvala/senčila z

chipped sapphire Distress Ink blazinico. Ko sem končala

sem odlepila krog in z belim papirnatim robčkom pobrisala

celotno pobarvano površino ozadja.

For the moon I cut out a circle with the circle punch and

used the double sided tape to stick it onto the background cardstock.

Then I used Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink pad to sponge/color

the whole cardstock. After I finished coloring I removed the

circle and wiped gently the whole background with a clean paper tissue.

Za zgornji beli okvirček sem uporabila beli karton, ki je bil za četrtino

inča večji od ozadja. Nato sem uporabila Spellbinders Labels 25 šablono

in izrezala okence (za izrez okna lahko uporabite katerokoli šablono,

ki jo imate doma). Preden sem ga zalepila na voščilnico s 3D blazinicami,

sem ga emobisirala s srajčko s pikicami in na robovih uporabila

distress orodje Tima Holtza.

Na koncu sem dodala oz. zalepila na voščilnico še izrez šablone

Santa & Reindeer Flying, ki sem ga izrezala iz rdečega kartona

in ga narahlo osenčila z distres blazinico black sooth.

For the top layer I used quarter of an inch larger white cardstock

and a Spellbinder die to cut out the window (you can use any of the dies

you have at home to cut out the window). Before I glued the top layer onto the

card with 3D square foams I dry embossed it with the dot folder and

distress the edges with the Tim Holtz distress tool.

At the end I added Santa & Reindeer Flying cut out and stamped

Wishing you a magical Christmas sentiment on the inside of the card.

I used the red cardstock for the Santa die and distressed the edges with

distress ink black sooth.
