CottageCutz April Hop

Hello friends.  So happy to have you hopping with us!  If you have arrived here from the very talented Lisa's blog, you are in the right place.  If not you will want to start at the beginning of the hop, The Scrapping Cottage blog, so you don't miss out on any of the fun and inspiration. 

I have a couple of project to share with you, showcasing the CottageCutz Celebration Tabs, Set of 3 and CottageCutz Cupcake Pocket w/ Notecard  from the New Release This N That. For the hop I made a little 3D gift box and a matching waterfall card. To create a box and a waterfall card I used some SVG Cuts files. I had to alter the files a little bit to be able to create what  I wanted. I cut the Celebration Tabs out of white cardstock 4x. I used one cupcake tag on the top of the box, the rest of the tags I cut in half. Then I colored them with copics. I picked the colors to match my paper. for the inside of the card I cut the cupcake pocket out of white cardstock and spnged it with Ranger Distress inks barn door and antique linen. At the end I just added some lace, ribbon and some Icicle stickles to add some sparkle to the butterflies.

Baby card

Dobro jutro vsem!

Tukaj je novi izdelek, ki sem ga izdelala za The Scrapping Cottage BLOG.
Naredila sem prisrčno voščilnico za dojenčka in pri tem uporabila
čudovite CottageCutz šablone CottageCutz Baby Frame (4x4) in

CottageCutz Stork Banner (4x6).

Here I am with a new project for The Scrapping Cottage BLOG.
I made a cute baby card this time, showcasing

beautiful CottageCutz dies

CottageCutz Baby Frame (4x4) and

CottageCutz Stork Banner (4x6).

Tokrat sem naredila stopničasto voščilnico s predalčki.

Osnova voščilnice je izrezana in svetlo modrega Core'dinations papirja, ki

je senčen z Ranger broken china in chipped sapphire. Porodila se mi je ideja, da 

bi na predalnikih uporabila mašne, ki je del šablonce Baby Frame. Mašne

sem izrezala iz belega debelejšega papirja in jih pobarvala s copici.

This time I made a drawer step card.

The base is cut out of light blue Core'dinations paper and

inked with Ranger broken china and

chipped sapphire. I thought that would be fun

to use the bow from the Baby Frame die on the draws.

I cut the bows out of white cardstock and colored

them with copics.

Medvedek, slinček in nogavičke so bili pravtako izrezani iz belega debelejšega

papirja in pobarvani s copici.

Teddy, bib and socks were also cut out of white cardstock and colored with copics.

Prikupna sličica dojenčka je izrezana iz kolekcije papirja Graphic 45 Little Darlings.

Adorable baby picture is from Graphic 45 Little Darlings collection.

Škatlice za črke in črke so bile izrezane iz belega debelejšega papirja in pobarvane

s copici ali senčene z Ranger broken china ali chipped sapphire. Okrog škatlic sem zalepila modro/belo vrvico in zavezala majhno pentljo.

The boxes for the letters and the letters were cut out of white

cardstock and colored with copics  or sponged with Ranger

broken china and chipped sapphire.

I also glued some string around the boxes and made a little bow.

Dodatno sem uporabila štance od Marthe Stewart in nekaj razcepkov v copper barvi.

In addition I used Martha Stewart punches and some copper brads.

Danes objavljam "lever" voščilnico, narejeno s pomočjo 

Birthday Dinos SVG Collection in Breezy Backyard Lever Cards SVG Kit, 

ki jih najdete na spletni strani SVG Cuts.

Voščilnico sem naredila za fantka, ki bo kmalu star 1 leto.

Tale tortica mi je zelo všeč, ker ima eno svečko (po potrebi jih lahko

dodamo še več...) in nisem potrebovala na voščilnici

uporabiti tudi številke 1. Napis Vse najboljše je Vladkin.

Cameo & Oval Frame

Good morning everyone!

Tukaj je moja prva stopničasta voščilnica, narejena za
The Scrapping Cottage BLOG
s CottageCutz Cameo & Oval Frame šablonco.

Here is my fist step card made for
The Scrapping Cottage BLOG showcasing beautiful 

CottageCutz Cameo & Oval Frame die.

Šablonco sem izrezala 3x in sicer 2x iz belega papirja in 1x iz

vijoličnega corediantion papirja. Silhueta dekleta, izrezana iz

belega papirja, je bila 1x senčena z vintage photo, 1x pa z

dusty concord. Okvir in mašnica izrezana iz vijoličnega

coredination papirja pa sem podrgnila malce s šmirgl papirjem.

I cut the die out 3 times, once out of purple coredination paper

and twice out of white paper. The girl silhouette cut with white paper

was sponged once with vintage photo and once with

dusty concord. The frame and the ribbon cut out of purple

coredination paper were distressed with sand tool.

Ozadje z notami sem izdelala sama. Na poseben bel papir za štempljanje

sem odtistnila note z Archival Ink Sepia ter poštempljala še kote z

dusty concord. Nato sem senčila celotno ozadje z antique linen in

vintage photo ter narahlo pošpricala papir z vodo. 

Silhueto dekleta sem zalepila skupaj tako, da sem uporabila 

vijolični del kot senco za ozadje. Za 3D učinek sem

uporabila Glossy accents. 

The musical background I made myself. I stamped the notes onto

the speciality stamping paper with Archival Ink Sepia and stamped

the corners with dusty concord. Then I used antique linen and

vintage photo to sponge the paper and spritz it with some water at the end. 

I stuck the girl silhouette together and used the purple peace as a shadow liner.

To get the 3D glossy effect I used Glossy accents.

Papir za stranice je bil izrezan z Marha Stewart luknjačem:

1x iz DP papirja in 1x iz belega papirja, ki je bil uporabljen za ozadje

in senčen z vintage photo.

Napis Thank you je od SVG Cuts in je bil izrezan s pomočjo

Sizzix Eclips mašince ter pobarvan s copici.

The sides were cut once out of DP with Martha Stewart punch and once

out of white paper for back lining and distressed with vintage photo.

The Thank you sign is a free file from SVG Cuts. It was

cut out with Sizzix Eclips and colored with copics.

Za konec sem dodala voščilnici še čipko iz zaloge, kamenčke

in rožice.

To finish the card I added some beige lace from the stash, rhinestones 

and some flowers.

En lep pozdravček vsem skupaj. Danes delim z vami voščilnico,

narejeno s pomočjo CottageCutz Box of Chocolates Shape (Double 4x4) 

in CottageCutz Baby Frame (4x4).

Ko sem prvič videla šablonco Box of Chocolates, sem se 

takoj zaljubila vanjo in res sem si jo želela imeti... :).

In tukaj je voščilnica.

Hello everyone, Simona here and today I am sharing a card

made with CottageCutz Box of Chocolates Shape (Double 4x4) 

and CottageCutz Baby Frame (4x4).

When I saw the Box of Chocolates die for the first time

I fell in love with the die... :). It was just one of the dies

I had to have it... :). And here is the card showcasing this

beautiful die.

Izdelati sem hotela tako imenovano 'lever' voščilnico, zato sem si

za osnovo voščilnice sama oblikovala svg file, nato pa

vse skupaj izrezala s pomočjo mašince Cricut.

I wanted to make a lever card so I designed my base card and

created the svg file for the lever card. The base was cut with Cricut.

S pomočjo šablon sem vse izrezala iz belega papirja, nato pa 

uporabila Copic markerje za barvanje. Le kotke sem pobarala

z Ranger distress ink Vintage Photo.

Everything was cut out from white cardstock and colored with Copics, 

just the corners were colored with Ranger distress ink Vintage Photo.

Te čokoladice izgledajo slastno, a ne... :).

These chocolates look yummy, don't they... :). 

S končnim rezultatom sem zelo zadovoljna.

Pozdravljeni! 

Štampiljka, ki sem jo uporabila za izdelavo te voščilnice, mi je padla v oči

že dolgo dolgo nazaj...., no, potem pa sem nekako pozabila nanjo... :).

Pred kratkim pa je le prišla v moje roke...in danes delim voščilnico,

ki je nastala z njeno pomočjo. Mislim, da bo še večkrat uporabljena

in bo pristala nekje v predalu... :). Motiv je pobarvan s Copici, rožica in metuljčka

so narejeni s pomočjo CottageCutz šablon, štampiljka pa je Vladkina... :).

Trakec, izrezan iz papirja pa je Spellbinders šablona.

The stamp I used to create this card caught my eye ages ago, but then
for a while I forgot about it. But recently it finally came into my hands...
and today I am sharing a card mede with this cute stamp. 
I think it's going to be used quite a lot and it won't stay in a draw... :).
I colored the motif with Copics, the flower and two butterflies were
made with CottageCutz dies and the lovely sentiment It's a girl is 
from Slovenian stamper Vladka... :).
